Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Roadtrip Legends (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for your account credentials.
• Family group members (including children) participate under your account and supervision.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Free tier: Access to 10+ games at no cost, no time limit.
• Premium: Monthly ($4.99/mo), Annual ($29/yr), or Lifetime ($39 one-time).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed by Stripe (web), Apple (iOS), or Google (Android). We do not store payment details.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds follow the policies of the payment platform (Stripe, Apple, or Google).

Acceptable Use

Use Roadtrip Legends for its intended purpose: family entertainment during travel. Don’t:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
• Use automated tools to access the Service.
• Impersonate others or create accounts for anyone other than yourself.

Content

Game content (questions, prompts, challenges) is owned by Roadtrip Legends. Your game data (scores, family names, achievements) belongs to you. You grant us a license to store and display it within the Service.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Offline features work without an internet connection by design.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Roadtrip Legends is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
